Wonder how Biochemistry will lead to Gastronomy is what i am not sure but yes my passion for sustainable,creative and mind blowing food and services started when i first watch a video n El-Bulli and etxa featured in Spain and not to forget Gaggan. In this age of fast food and fast cars i think i need to present gem of an art and one which has all elements of nature and seasons too. And i always believe in You become what you eat.
